ABOUT MEG
Meg is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and coach specializing in eating disorder recovery, supporting individuals who are ready to move beyond symptom management and step into full, lasting healing.
Her work is deeply personal, after spending 17 years navigating her own eating disorder before reaching full recovery. That experience shaped not only her understanding of the physical body, but the emotional, mental, and behavioural patterns that keep people stuck.
Now, she bring that lived experience together with professional training to guide others toward true freedom with food, body, and self.
Her approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and rooted in the belief that full recovery is possible for everyone. She works closely with clients to rebuild trust with their bodies, restore nutritional balance, and address the deeper drivers behind disordered eating, so they can create a life of ease, openness, and a deep sense of freedom in their relationship with food and themselves.
